Cloth first.
We buy the cloth before we draw the garment. Handloom silk from Tangail, oxford cotton from a mill in Narayanganj, wool blended in Italy because nobody here spins it. It makes us slower and it makes some of this expensive. It is also why a shirt from us is still a shirt in three years.
